What do you think of the blessings given to homosexual couples?
Thanks for what you do,I wanted to ask you what you think of the blessings given to homosexual couples by the Waldensian Church, and what the Bible says about it.
God created man and woman and accepts only this type of union, whereby, blessing in church what God would not bless, it is neither consistent nor biblically right. My views are conservative, I'm not a fundamentalist, but not even liberal. The Bible must certainly be understood in its context, always considering what Jesus did for us, but we must not make Scripture say what it does not say to adapt it to our lifestyle and to what we would like. As for the Waldensians, now become liberals, as well as the Baptists, I keep away from it, but there is a group born for some time, the dissident Waldensians (www.valdesi.eu) which I joined by signing because they oppose the havoc that is happening in their church, precisely with regard to the many blessings of gay couples who work certain Waldensian pastors.
