E’ fair to say the “Our father” taught by Jesus?

E’ fair to say the “Our father” taught by Jesus? or was it just a model of prayer and not a prayer to be repeated?

The Our Father can be recited, as a teaching of Jesus. What is important, however, is not to repeat this chant from memory, but think about what they say and "hear it". With that example Jesus simply gave an indication on how prayers are recited, which must contain thanks, praise and request. It didn't mean "you have to pray like this with these exact words"
