That religion is a religion that protest?
You protest against GOD. Jesus and the apostles did not protest.
If God and the Catholic Church were the same thing, you would be right. But is not so!
Let us immediately make a correction on the conception we have of the term “Protestant”. E’ a term that Catholics gave to the followers of the Bible.
Protestant does not stand for “protest”, but in protest: protest (pro = in favor of the biblical text). This is the explanation we give ourselves.
Nobody protests, we preach the Word of God without outside interference. So what do you think of the meaning of Protestantit is not an objective meaning, but that's what Catholics give.
In any case, we do not protest against God, in case we protest against those who do not respect the Word of God, which is very different! For us, God is the first thing.
Then it is not true that the apostles did not protest, they protested and called back whenever people did not stick to Jesus' words.
In Marco 7 we even find Jesus admonishing and condemning human practices and traditions by saying to the Pharisees, certainly believers on the facade but not with the heart:
“Having neglected God's commandment, you are keeping to the tradition of men ". He still told them: «How well you know how to annul the commandment of God in order to observe your tradition!”. (Marco 7:8-9)
Which would be very good for Catholics today.
Paul and Peter continually rebuked those who did not stick to God's Word. We want to hide it? Then, if the protest is favorable to the Word of God, welcome and be blessed!
It is our duty as Christians to reproach our brothers who are wrong:
By exposing these things to the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, nourished with the words of faith and good doctrine you have learned. (1 Tim 4:6)
One reproach makes more impression on the intelligent man than a hundred blows on the fool. (Proverbs 17:10)
Who goes ahead and does not remain in the teaching of Christ, has not God. He who abides in the doctrine, He has the Father and the Son. (2Giovanni 9)
Take also the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which it is the word of God; (Ephesians 6:17)
